Large 36 acre estate of olive groves and vineyards, planted with cyprus,
figs and pines and offering wide views of the Luberon mountain.
The owners, passionately interested in architecture and the art of living,
have restored this old house in a spirit of simplicity,
paying particular attention to the notions of space, calm and light and using only pure natural materials :
stone, lime, concrete, wood and linen.

Bruno and Michèle love culture and agriculture.
Very attentive to ecology, they apply to produce organic olive oil, as well as almonds, pomegranates, hazelnuts, figs.
Michele planted the fruit trees found in the Odyssey.
Professor of French literature, Bruno is the author of several books and develops his thoughts over the days in his blog:

Approximately 200 m² living space.
5 bedrooms of which 3 double - 3 shower rooms.

Alternative bed rooms : "la Chapelle" and "le Pigeonnier" (can be rented separately).
Complete domestic electrical equipment. WI-FI. Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms.

Under floor electrical heating + large fireplace (wood available) making La Bastide comfortable whatever the season.
Enclosed courtyard with covered gallery offering protection from the mistral.
Various spots in the garden equipped with garden furniture so as to cater for sociability
or for quiet whatever the time of the day or the year.

The pool (11 x 3 5 m) secured by a fence is located between the house and olive grove. It is protected by a curtain stock. Plancha.
